The first was on my drive home. I was flipping through radio stations trying to get some music, when I heard 100.3 promise me that they are the only station that will have you feeling good at work with their "30 minute feel-good music set." Directly following this promise they play Green Day's "Wake Me Up When September Ends." A song that consists of lines such as: "like my father's come to pass," "drenched in my pain again," and "as my memory rests, but never forgets what I lost." Who's feeling good now?
Ridiculousness #2- I had to stop at the Dollar Store on my way home to get some stuff for school. On my way out I witnessed an elderly man dressed in a kilt refilling the candy vending machines. 'Nough said.
And to end the list of ridiculous things, when I got home I grabbed a frozen pizza to cook for dinner because I'm too lazy to find something to eat. Look at what a good pizza I bought on sale:
I counted 15 pepperonis. Apparently, the pizzas only came with 7.5 pepperonis before. Good thing I didn't buy the pizza on the amount of pepperonis I thought I would be receiving.
